Window Replacement Project
Major Edwards Elementary School
The West Boylston School Department, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the WINDOW REPLACEMENT: MAJOR EDWARDS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 70 CRESCENT STREET, WEST BOYLTON, MA, in accordance with partial project funding under the MSBA GREEN REPAIR PROGRAM and the documents prepared by REINHARDT ASSOCIATES, INC., 430 MAIN STREET, AGAWAM, MA 01001.
The Project consists of the removal of the existing Wood Windows and Hollow Metal Doors and Frames and the Installation of new aluminum storefront windows, door frames and Fiberglass reinforced polyester doors. The work is estimated to cost $298,088.00.
General Bids will be received until 12:00 P.M., FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2011 and publicly opened, forthwith at the address below. Mailed Bids should be sent to West Boylston School Department, 125 Crescent Street, West Boylston, MA 01583 and received no later than the date and time specified above.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference and Walk-Thru will be held on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Site.
