All dogs in the Town of West Boylston must be licensed annually once the dog reaches 3 months old. Registration period Jan. 1st to June 30th.
The Town Clerk will send out renewals for all dog licenses with the census in January of each year. Doing licensing and the census in conjunction reminds the dog owner that the license must be renewed. Applications for a license renewal received after June 30th will be issued a $20.00 late fee along with the license fee. The charge for a dog license is $10.00 for dogs that are spayed or neutered; $16.00 for dogs that are un-spayed/un-neutered.
Owners with four dogs or more must apply for a kennel license.

• Owner’s address
• Dog’s name
• Dog’s breed
• Dog’s color
• Owner’s telephone number
• Age of the animal
• Rabies certificate
• Proof of spaying or neutering
